It goes without saying that St. Patrick’s Day is a huge holiday here in New England, and the festivities often begin several days before the official holiday on March 17. In keeping with this tradition, Waterstone will host two celebrations this week.
On March 16, we’ll welcome WBZ Radio personality Mel Simons for his popular show, “Everything’s Coming Up Irish” at 4 p.m. “Everything’s Coming Up Irish” is pure entertainment in the form of all things Irish, including Irish jokes, Irish songs and Irish trivia—perfect for getting in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit!
And, of course, what better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than with beer? On March 17 at 4 p.m., we’ll host a special craft beer tasting. Join us and try select samples of delicious craft beers provided by beer enthusiasts Mitch and Jason who will be sharing secrets of the trade and the special ingredients that make the ales and lagers so unique.
