Waterstone at Wellesley, a senior living community being developed at 27 Washington Street, today opened a sales office at 40 Washington Street.

The office features Waterstone at Wellesley floor plans, architectural drawings, pricing options, color schemes and materials, and a model kitchen. A marketing director will be on hand to answer questions. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and weekends by appointment at 781-235-1614.
Waterstone at Wellesley is a 138-apartment luxury senior living community being built on Route 16. The five-acre site has been vacant since Grossman’s hardware closed in 1994. At the center of the active Lower Falls village, Waterstone at Wellesley will feature independent and assisted living rental apartments, a fitness center, pool, theater, restaurant-style dining, designer kitchens, putting green, a riverfront walking trail and underground parking garage. Set on the Charles River, Waterstone at Wellesley is scheduled to open in spring 2012.

The space directly across from the developing Waterstone at Wellesley site will soon house a Waterstone sales office. The lease for the office recently was signed and work is underway to get the space up and running. We’re hoping this space becomes a useful and informative tool for Wellesley and surrounding communities to learn about what Waterstone will offer.
The office will feature Waterstone at Wellesley floor plans, architectural drawings, color schemes, sample materials, and sample bath and kitchen finishes. It will be staffed by a marketing director who will answer questions and provide information.
We are aiming to have the office, located at 40 Washington St., up and running bb May 1, just in time for the warmer spring weather. Read The Wellesley Townsman story about it here, and check back for more updates as we move closer toward opening the office.
