We’ve received some questions about the dimensions of the apartments at Waterstone at Wellesley. One bedroom independent living apartments average 678 square feet, one bedroom plus den independent living units average 900 square feet and independent living two bedroom units average 1,030 square feet. the total dimensions don’t help when you’re trying to figure
out if there’s a living room wall big enough for a sectional and a bedroom wall big enough for a king size bed.

Good point. We are trying to give a sense of size by square footage. Why not give us a call or stop by our welcome center and we would be glad to look more closely and wall space and possible configuration. Thanks.
