From the North.
Take I-95 South to the RT-16W exit, EXIT 21 B toward Newton Lower Falls/Wellesley. Turn right onto Washington St/RT-16 and follow for 0.4 miles. Our community will be on the right. If you reach Columbia Street, you have gone too far.

From the South.
Take I-95 North/RT-128N toward Peabody/Portsmouth NH. Take the RT-16 exit, EXIT 21 toward Newton/Wellesley. Keep left at the fork and follow on to Washington St/RT-16. Our community will be on the right. If you reach Columbia Street, you have gone too far.

From the West.
Take I-90/Mass. Pike toward I-95/Boston. Merge onto I-95 South/RT-128S via EXIT 14 toward South Shore/Cape Cod. Then follow directions ‘From the North’.

From the East.
Follow Boylston St/RT-9W to I-95 North/RT-128N. Then follow directions ‘From the South’.
