Riding out the winter storm

The winter storm Juno has hit with Massachusetts receiving the brunt of the blizzard. Thankfully, we knew the storm was coming and were able to prepare our residents and our facilities. We hope you were able to stay safe and warm as well.

The Wellesley Townsman has done a wonderful job of reporting on the storm and its effect on the local community. Be sure to visit their site for the latest news and for photos from around Wellesley—the snow plows have been as busy as local children who are using the time off from school to sled!

Here at Waterstone, our residents are patiently waiting out the storm with cardio chair dance classes and mahjong lessons!

However you choose to wait out the storm, please be sure to keep these blizzard safety tips from CBS News in mind.

And, as the Townsman suggests, be sure to check mass.gov/mema for critical updates and direct general questions to the 24-hour citizen information telephone line by dialing 211.
