Need a delicious last-minute dish to take to a Thanksgiving party tomorrow? We've pulled together some great—and easy—options, including a twist on a classic from our very own executive chef and food service director, Shonna Sherman.
Last year, we shared Shonna's recipe for orange-cranberry relish, and it's still a great choice for a quick and easy side dish. The fresh relish complements more savory dishes and takes less than 20 minutes to prepare!
1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 whole orange cut into chunks (including the rind)
1/2 cup sugar - add more if you like your relish sweeter
To make: Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
