Dining Room Manager

Hours:
Full-time Tuesday-Saturday

Reporting To:
Patrick Lally, Food Service Director

Requirements:
Must be a high school graduate. Experience in the Senior Living industry a plus and must have some management experience. Ideal candidate will have experience in managing line employees, an understanding of the dietary needs of seniors and in the community.  ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibility:
Responsible for all aspects dining room, including, hiring, orientation and training of all wait staff; insuring adequate staffing to meet resident needs; coordination of all community special events and functions; ensuring overall resident satisfaction with dining services department; participation in community department manager meetings.
