Hours: Part-time position. Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm Reporting To: Vi Luu, Executive Chef Manager Requirements: Some experience in healthcare preferred. Must have practical a la carte cooking experience. Hotel, club or fine dining a plus. ServSafe Certificate required. Responsibility:  Hands on a la carte preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen. Excellent customer services skills required.
