Hours: Full-time Reporting To: Kristine Tilton, Executive Director Requirements: Experience in food service in a Senior Living Community preferred. Supervisory/management experience required. Culinary degree preferred. Must exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities. Computer skills required. ServSafe Certificate required. Responsibility: Oversees Food Services operation of the Assisted Living and Independent Senior Living Community. Responsible for creating dynamic menu options, ordering supplies and adheres to department budget. Provides outstanding customer and upscale dining services. Hires, schedules and supervises dietary staff and kitchen staff. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Maintenance Assistant

Hours: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm Reporting To: Tom Slamin, Director of Plant Operations Requirements: Knowledge in Preventative Maintenance. Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Painting Skills. Responsibility: Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Director of Building Services.
