Storage is an important piece to consider when making a move. At Waterstone at Wellesley, all of the apartments will be equipped with ample storage, from large closets in the bedrooms to built-in storage in the bathrooms. In addition, there will be large storage units in the underground garage for additional storage needs. These units will be available in full or half size. The full storage unit will be 3 feet wide by 5 feet deep and will be approximately 7 ½ feet high. A half-sized unit will be 3 feet wide by 5 feet deep and 3 feet, 9 inches high.

Some of the most popular questions at our information sessions have to do with our pet policy. It seems many Wellesleyites and their neighbors have a lot of friends of the furry, four-legged variety! Pets are important members of many households and we understand that, so pets will be permitted at the discretion of the management. All pets must show proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a health exam in order to be considered, and there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet.

A lifelong Newton, Mass. resident, retired dentist Dr. David Neustadt will be one of the many individuals making the move to Waterstone at Wellesley come this spring. The most serendipitous part of his move? His move-in date of April 10 happens to be his birthday. Born and raised in Newton, David studied dentistry at Ohio State before returning to his home town soon after. He practiced dentistry on the corner of Beacon and Center streets in Newton for several decades before retiring, though “retired” isn’t exactly the word you’d use to describe him.

The new senior living campus EPOCH Senior Living and National Development are building in Wellesley will offer both independent and assisted living accommodations for seniors. The independent living community, Waterstone at Wellesley, includes 82 apartments. The assisted living community, EPOCH Assisted Living at Waterstone, includes 52 apartments.

Navigating the intricate world of senior living options can be confusing.
